Let’s get started with today’s super easy recipe of Pumpkin.

Pumpkin is rich in fiber, highly nutritious. It is rich in vitamin A & loaded with nutrients to boost up your immunity. Pumpkin is mostly loved by all the people around the world. 1000 recipes can be made from pumpkin. Let’s prepare easy & healthy one.

Pick up a ripe, bright colored & a perfect sized pumpkin for yourself. The taste will be good & sweet.

Today I want to share with you an easy & healthy Pumpkin recipe. Courtesy to the bloggers around the world, who are good at making delicious Pumpkin recipes. I tried it in my way & sharing the recipe with you.


Pumpkin Puree: 1/2 cup Homemade(I will show it in my next post)/ buy 100% Pumpkin puree.

Peanut Butter: 2 tsp

Rolled oats: 1 & 1/2 cup

Maple Syrup: As per your taste ( optional) or Honey: As per your taste.

Cinnamon Powder: 2 tsp

Pumpkin Pie spices: 1 tsp (optional)

Salt: A pinch

Jaggery: Optional( As per your taste)

Seeds: Flax Seeds, Chia seeds etc. as per availability, 2 tsp each.

Dried fruits: Almonds, Raisins, Dates, Berries whichever is available (optional) 20-30 gm each

Important ingredients: If you want to make it fluffy & soft, use Baking Soda & Apple Cider Vinegar( works as a raising agent) else you can leave it/.

How to make No-Bake healthy bites:

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl, Rolled oats, chia seeds, flax seeds etc. on a bowl. Add the pumpkin puree & mix it together until well combined. Add peanut butter now. Then further add dried fruits, salt, maple syrup or jaggery as per your taste. Add Cinnamon & Pumpkin pie spices to your bowl. If you don’t have pumpkin pie spices, do not worry. You can also add nutmeg power, Cardamon spices etc. Give it a nice mix right now.

Wait for 5 min & the oats must have softened by now. with the help of a spoon or a scoop, take it on your palm & roll it firmly. Place all the rolled bites on a tray or a baking mat. Keep it on the fridge for an hour or two. Then transfer it to an airtight container.

Tada! Your super easy healthy pumpkin bites are ready. You can store these amazing easy & pumpkin bites on the freezer & have it for a month or keep it handy in the refrigerator, you can have it for a week.

How to make super easy Pasta Recipe?

I never liked Pasta in my life. Today is the day, i prepare it myself & seriously i just love it. I did prepared as per my taste. Do check the recipe & who knows you might just love it. My first easy pasta recipe: Veg Pasta Arrabiata.

My first Pasta recipe is so yummy.
Pasta Arrabiata – cooking in the process.

Ingredients :

Penne Pasta 100 gms 1 small cup ( Bring to boil in 1 litre of water, add little salt to it & boil your choice of pasta for 10-12 mins or till it tender & chewy.

1 cup – Tomato puree or Grind tomato 3 big size

1/2 Cup – Broccoli + Onions + Carrot + Beans/ Veggies of your choice / Mushrooms. Diced & cooked. ( Saute all the veggies in olive oil in a pan for 3-4 mins & keep aside)

1 spoon Garlic paste

Salt as per your taste.

1 spoon – Sugar

1 spoon- Chilli powder

1 spoon- Dried Oregano

2 tablespoon- Basil leaves Chopped

2 tablespoon – Olive oil

2 tablespoon – Olive slices (optional)

1/4 cup- Grated Cheese or as per your taste you can add more or less Cheese🧀 🤪

How to make:-

1. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add tomato puree or grated tomato. Bring it to boil & add garlic, salt, sugar, oregano, basil & cook for few minutes or till the tomato is cooked. If needed can add 1 or 2 tbsp of water.

2. Now add the cooked Penne Pasta mix well for a minute.

3. Add diced & cooked veggies or mushrooms & mix again.

4. Add grated cheese & mix again for 30 secs. Now garnish it with sliced Olives or grated cheese.

How to make easy prawn Healthy Recipe?

Prawns are all time favorite for most of us! Being a great foodie I sometimes create good & healthy food too. Recently I tried healthy easy prawns recipe which I would like to share with you.


1. Prawns 250 gms ( Peeled & Cleaned)

2. Olive Oil( or Vegetable Oil)

3. Onions 3 ( medium size)

4. Capsicum 1 (Green)

5. Bell Pepper 1/2 (Red)

6. Bell Pepper 1/2 (Yellow)

7. Carrot 1

8. Tomato 1

9. Paneer 50 gm ( for garnishing)

or Egg white 1 ( for garnishing)

10. Beans 100 gm

11. Pepper Powder

12. Salt ( as per taste)

13. Ginger ( chopped)

14. Garlic ( chopped)

Take a few drops of vegetable oil or Olive oil on an anodized frying pan( preferably)/ non stick pan or kadai. Put the flame on high & put the prawns on the pan n add little salt . Fry each side for 2 mins each on high flame & set it aside.

Cut all the vegetables in equal size & set aside.

Take few drops on a frying pan add onions, garlic & ginger on mildly heated pan. Stir it for a min & add the chopped vegetables. Stir fry all the vegetables for a min or two. Then add half fried prawns to it & stir fry for 5 mins. Add salt as per taste & sprinkle little pepper powder.

For garnishing cut egg white in small cubes / paneer & add in the stir fried vegetables. You can serve it hot. A yummy heathy recipe for all.
